Meeting notes to tasks

After each meeting, the notes become a list of actions with owners and dates, plus a draft follow-up for you to check.

Paste this into your agent

When I share notes or a transcript from a meeting, pull out every decision and every action item. For each action, record who owns it and the due date if one was mentioned, and mark it unassigned if not. Add my own actions to my task list and draft a short follow-up email to the attendees that sums up decisions and owners. Do not send the email or assign tasks to anyone else without my approval.

What the agent does

  1. Read the notes or transcript you share

  2. List decisions, then actions with owners and due dates

  3. Add your own actions to your task list

  4. Draft a follow-up email for your review

Rules to add

  • The follow-up goes out only after you have read and approved it
  • Actions without a clear owner are flagged rather than guessed
  • Notes are shared only with the people who attended

What you end up with: Every meeting ends with a clean action list and a follow-up ready to send.
